I also have a special place in my heart for my many decorations. And I add more each year. These are a couple of my favorites. Wanda the Witch,
and my monsters (it plays a song!) 
I have a witch collection that's going on 12 or 13 years at this point. Nick likes to call them my "army of darkness". They are all lined up on the piano. Thank goodness we bought this hutch, too, so I have lots of room to display everything. It's perfectly acceptable to have a group of skeletons sitting next to our church history books, right?

So cute - how did your blocks turn out? I am considering making something like that for enrichment - new calling . . .
I DO NOT heart Halloween. I think I might enjoy it more when my kids can design, pick out, and pay for their own costumes.
If only we still had old "Yarn Hands", folks would be chomping at the bit to enter your contest.
For those not in the loop, just before we were married I was suckered into playing one of those pick a prize games for 50 cents at Wal-Mart. It was Halloween time. I won (again). I brought home a cute little scarecrow doll with hands made of yarn to my fiance. She reacted in disgust, aptly named it "Yarn Hands", and gave it away shortly thereafter.
